Dev is secured to the corner with his arms held above his head and ankles tied to the wall.  This gives full access to his upper body, including his very ticklish belly button!  He didn’t think they could get to his soles while he was standing, but they always find a way to get to some ticklish soles!  Thanks for being such a “stand-up” guy, Dev!
