The Program Begins

Monday brought about the start of the chastity program.  They had the usual pilot program meeting.  There were a few helpful comments about the program, but for the most part it was going as expected.  They informed the participants that they were getting ready to go live with the program.  For now, the members of the pilot program will continue as they are.  Jeff said that they still value their feedback until the program is more settled.  They expected to have the information out by the end of the week.  They were told that if they know anyone who might want to participate in the program, to have them reach out to Jeff or Steve.  They can get a head start on signing up before the program gets out to the rest of the staff.  Matt mentioned that he knows of a few people that may be interested.  David did too.  The members of the pilot program were dismissed.

The rest of the team stayed a little longer.  Jeff reported that he had a meeting with someone from the marketing group that afternoon.  He showed them the information that he put together about it.  They had a few suggestions.  Jeff made a few revisions while they were there.  Steve asked to participate in the meeting with the person from the marketing group.  With that they adjourned until their Thursday meeting.  As usual, they then went to lunch together.

That afternoon, Jeff met with Steve and Sam from the Marketing group.  Sam asked Jeff to explain what the program was about and what it intended to accomplish.  Jeff went to show him what he wrote up about the program.  Sam stopped him and said he wanted to hear it first before reading the material.  Jeff explained the program to him.  Jeff’s explanation was sometimes more technical about the process.  Sam sometimes interrupted and asked him to explain things from a different perspective, one that would catch the interest of someone who might want to participate in the program.  Sam took some notes.  When he was finished, Sam looked at what Jeff wrote.  He said that information will be helpful.  Sam asked a few more questions about the program.  Then Sam explained what would happen next.

They would take the information he got and put together an article for the newsletter and a few advertisements for the program.  They would be sent to Jeff to review.  Steve asked if he could be CC’d on it and if it could go to the rest of the group.  Sam said he could CC Steve.  Steve or Jeff could forward it to the rest of their group for review.  Jeff asked how long this process usually takes.  Sam said usually it would be anywhere from two to seven business days.  That would depend on the status of current projects and the priority of other projects that come in.  Sam said he was not expecting any major projects to come up that might delay it more than that.  Then Sam asked if the legal department had given him any disclaimers or specific wording that should be used.  Jeff said he didn’t realize that the legal department should get involved.

Sam said for something like this, it is best to make them aware and let them review any material.  Sam suggested he reach out to Walter in the legal department.  To help expedite the process, Sam sent an introductory message to Walter with a CC to Jeff and Steve.  None of them had any further questions.  As they were saying goodbye, Sam said to let him know how things go with legal.

Steve told Jeff to follow him back to his office.  First, Steve complimented Jeff on how well he had been doing.  Steve expressed concern about a possible delay while the legal department reviews the program.  Then Steve suggested forwarding the note about contacting legal to the rest of the group.  Jeff forwarded the message adding a note that the meeting with Sam in marketing went well, but he also needed to reach out to the legal group.  Steve dismissed Jeff to go back to work in the laundry area.

Master Ray got a forwarded message from David.  It was the message that Jeff had sent about 20 minutes earlier.  Just like he did with the development team, Master Ray made a call to the head of the marketing group.  He told him that he had an interest in this project.  He wanted the project to go through normal channels.  He did not want the project expedited, but that he wanted to avoid any unnecessary delays.  Then he made a call to the legal department.  He had already talked to the head of the legal department before he even began the project.  He let him know that the project was proceeding and that they were almost ready to start implementing it.  From their initial conversation, they did not expect there would be anything about the program that wasn’t already covered in the employment agreements.  However, both agreed it was best for the legal team to review it again.

As soon as the conversation with Master Ray was over, the head of the legal team called Walter.  Since this project was already known to them, there was no need to be discreet about it.  Walter had already read the message from Jeff, and it was on his list to do a preliminary review before responding.  The phone call brought him up to speed about the project.  He also understood that while it would not go in front of any high priority items, it should get elevated priority.  With this information, he sent a reply to Jeff with a CC to Steve.  He told them that this project was already an open case for them.  He asked to meet to discuss it and proposed several times when he was available over the next two days.

When Steve saw the reply from Walter, he had a feeling that Master Ray was pulling a few strings in the background.  He knew that Jeff was working and would not see the message immediately.  He checked the calendars for himself and Jeff, then replied that they were available to meet the next morning,

The next morning, Steve and Jeff went to meet Walter.  Walter told them that Master Ray had discussed this program with the legal department before it began.  The initial review suggested that the program should be covered by the standard employment agreements.  Now that the program was ready to be implemented, the legal team would review the program.  Walter asked jeff for a descripting of the program.  He had a few questions along the way.  He asked if he could get access to test accounts for the app.  Jeff did not know how to do that.  Walter said he could get it from the development group.

Steve asked how long the review would take.  Walter said that this project was still flagged as elevated priority.  He said that he would reach out to Sam to have him send over the marketing materials first.  He said the rest of the review will likely be completed before the marketing materials are ready.  He said he would keep them informed of the progress and let them know if any questions came up.  Jeff told Walter that he already had two inquiries into the program.  He asked if he should proceed or hold off until after the review.  Walter said he did not expect there would be any issues, so he could proceed.  There were no other questions, so Walter said he be in touch in the next day or two.

Steve walked with Jeff back towards the laundry area.  Steve asked about the two inquiries.  He said one was a referral from Matt, the other from one of the pilot program participants.  Jeff told them that they were on the list to be in the first group and that they should hear from him with more information by the end of day on Thursday.

Wednesday, while Jeff and Brad were having lunch, Jeff got a message with the drafts from the marketing group.  He had Brad look with him while he looked at them.  He was impressed, but then he did not expect anything less from anyone at The Resort.  He forwarded them on to the rest of the group, including Brad.  Then he sent a reply to Sam saying that it looks impressive.  Jeff said he forwarded it to the group, and they will discuss it at their meeting on Thursday.  By the time he finished with the message from Sam he already had one from Walter.  Walter said he had the development team add a small disclaimer to the app, but otherwise the program and the marketing materials were good to go.  Jeff and Brad looked at the app and saw the disclaimer.  Jeff forwarded Walter’s e-mail to the group.

There was a lot to discuss on Thursday.  The legal concerns were a non-issue, they were able to get that off the table quickly.  Next, they discussed the marketing materials.  They liked how the material first emphasized the benefits to the participant.  The pleasure of being kept horny, the enhancement to their sex life, improved concentration for their daily lives, and the increased productivity that would likely improve their chances for advancement at The Resort.  There were some comments about some of the wording.  After discussing it, the consensus was to leave it the way it is.  The discussion then moved on the when and how to send out the marketing materials.  Based on word-of-mouth, Jeff already had four people who expressed interest.

Instead of rushing to get it into the next newsletter, they decided to wait a week and see how things go with the ones already on their list.  The next topic was getting the new participants set up in the chastity program.  They realized that they did not have a set process for starting someone in the chastity program.  They worked out a rough plan, which they would discuss at the pilot program meeting on Monday.  For now, Jeff would give them access to the configuration settings so they could read the online documentation and consider what options they would like to select.  He would also give them access to the belt configuration options.  If any of them wanted to try any of the belt options that they did not already have, they would be available under self-control.  They will need some time to review the settings before they start anyway.  If they had any questions about the program or wanted training on belt features, they could reach out to Jeff.  For training, he could delegate some of that to Brad.

The meeting had already extended into their usual lunch break.  They went to lunch together.  During lunch Jeff composed a message to send to the new participants.  He asked the group to review.  They agreed, so he sent it.  Jeff allocated an hour that afternoon to set up the features for the first live participants in the program.

At the Monday meeting with the pilot group, they discussed the startup procedure.  The pilot program participants had some good suggestions based on their own experiences.

1. The program options and belt options will be enabled in the app for the new participants.

2. Right after the features are activated, a message will be sent including the following:

a. They have one week to review and set the program options they want to use.

b. Belt options can be tried under self-control and changed for up to two weeks.

c. Training is available if they want to try any belt features that require training.

d. For the first week they will have the option to keep the belt on or have it come off after work.  After the first week, permission to remove the belt will be based on the program options selected.

e. A meeting will be scheduled with the program leader (Jeff) on the second business day to review the setting and answer any questions.

3. At the review meeting, Jeff will cover the following with the participant:

a. Discuss the belt options.

b. Try to get an idea of what the participant wants from the program.

c. Suggest program options that might be suitable for their situation.

d. If the participant is settled on options, then the program can begin, otherwise schedule a follow-up meeting on the day before the options will automatically go into effect.

4. At the follow-up meeting, Jeff will cover the following with the participant:

a. Review the program options that the participant has selected.

b. Discuss any concerns and suggest changes if any seem appropriate.

c. If the participant is settled on options, then the program can begin.

d. If there is a legitimate reason to delay, then the start date can be postponed.  Set another follow-up meeting at an appropriate time.

5. At whichever meeting the program is activated, either the initial meeting or a follow-up meeting, do the following:

a. disable the participant’s ability to update the program options.

b. Inform the participant that any requests for changing the program options need to be approved.

c. Discuss belt options.  Remind the participant when the selections for belt options will be locked.  If the participant is ready, the settings can be locked at this meeting.

6. Although a participant can request a review at any time, an automatic review will be scheduled after one month.  Another review will be scheduled for three months later.

7. Jeff could make individual adjustments to this plan as he saw fit for any participant.

As this was a new program, they decided that today would be considered day one for the timing of the startup procedure.  Jeff would schedule meetings with the participants on Wednesday.  If any were not available on Wednesday, he could try for Tuesday or Thursday.

Jeff met with one participant on Tuesday and the rest on Wednesday.  One was ready to start on Wednesday.  He scheduled a follow-up with the others on Friday.  There were two more interested in starting the program.  He got them started on Wednesday and scheduled the first meeting with them for Friday.  By the Thursday meeting, there were a total of 7 participants in the process of getting started.  They could see that once they went live, Jeff was going to be busy.  Steve arranged for his schedule in the laundry area to be limited to half-days.  He also had Brad allocated to spend one hour per day to assist Jeff.  With the response they were getting from word-of-mouth, they had a feeling it would not be long before this was a full-time job for both Jeff and Brad.

The article that the marketing people wrote was in the next newsletter.  In no time at all, they had a waiting list.  The first week, Jeff was able to start two participants per day.  That Thursday Jeff was reassigned full-time to the program.  The next week he was able to start five participants per day and by the next week six and sometimes seven in a day.  Brad went for one hour per day the first week to half days the second week and full time by the third week.

Six weeks after the program started, Master Ray personally gave recognition to slave Jeff for the outstanding job he was doing.  He also recognized Master Steve and slave Brad for their efforts in supporting the program.  He promoted slave Jeff to Alpha Jeff.

The people in the pilot program as well as comments from the participants led to some adjustments in the program.  It seems there were some participants who were interested in some of the punishment settings on the belt.  They incorporated several changes into the program over time.  After about two months, it was decided to disband the pilot group.  Most of the members of the group opted to stay in the program as regular participants.  Only one decided not to stay in the program.

About eight months after the program started, Master Ray asked to meet with Master Steve, Alpha Jeff, Alpha Matt, and slave Brad in his office.  Before the meeting he sent Slave David to bring Slave Brad, Alpha Jeff, and Alpha Matt in through the trolly system.  Master Matt had never been to Master Ray’s office.  Going into the entrance for the resident slaves was a new experience for him.  As it was his first time on that trolley system, slave David set the trolleys to training mode.  Alpha Jeff demonstrated how to get onto the trolley.  Slave David made the adjustments as Alpha Matt got on it the first time.  After Alpha Matt practiced and the settings seemed to be correct for him, Slave David released Alpha Jeff from his trolley.  Alpha Jeff, slave Brad, and Alpha Matt got on the trollies together.  Slave David was watching to make sure he did it correctly, then released the trollies into the system before getting onto his own trolley.

When Master Steve arrived at Master Ray’s office, Master Ray retrieved the trollies.  He unlocked the heads and hands so that they could see, talk, and sit on their legs.  Master Ray expressed how pleased he was with the program.  He particularly singled out Alpha Jeff for his role.  Then Master Ray said that he was looking to expand the scope of their group.  With the success of the program, there is one group that is not well represented in the program.  Those are the slaves of The Resort.  The resident slaves are locked full time, except at the request of guests that they are serving.  Some of them have a Master who watches over them, such as David.  Many, although supervised for their work at The Resort, have no one to keep tabs over if/when they are allowed orgasm.  Permanent chastity works well for some, but others are more productive if they can look forward to occasional pleasure.  Your responsibility will be to monitor this group and make sure they are permitted pleasure according to the rules that will be applied to them.  As for the non-resident slaves, they have a relatively low participation in the program.  Master Ray said he wants to change that.  Ideally, he would like to make it mandatory for non-resident slaves, but some of them have outside circumstances where that is not practical.  What Master Ray wants alpha Jeff to do is arrange a meeting with a sampling of non-resident slaves to evaluate their situation and see why they are not participating in the program.  Based on the results, see what can be done to encourage participation.

The group was at a point where they could barely keep up with the current program.  Alpha Jeff did not think he could take on this additional work.  The rest of the group was thinking the same.  Master Ray seemed to know what was on their minds as he continued.  Master Ray said that he knows Jeff will need more help to take on this additional work.  He said that even without the additional work, he was getting to a point where he would need more help anyway.  At this point, Master Ray turned his attention to Alpha Matt.  He asked Alpha Matt if he would like to be full time with this team.  Alpha Matt said that he enjoyed his current level of involvement in the program, but he liked being a trainer.  He said he was happy where he was but would take it on if Master Ray wanted him there.  Master Ray said that was what he expected.  Master Ray said that he wants him to continue in his current role but wanted to make the offer in case he was interested.  Alpha Matt thanked him.  Master Ray then continued that he wants to add two people under Alpha Jeff.  Master Ray said he would speak to Tony to arrange for interviews.  He said this will be an internal promotion.  If there was anyone they wanted to recommend for the position, they could refer them to Tony.  Then Master Ray turned his attention towards slave Brad.  He told slave Brad that with the growth of the group, it was about time that he was promoted to Alpha.  The rest of the group congratulated him.

Master Ray asked if anyone had any questions.  There were no questions, so he said they were dismissed.  Alpha Jeff, slave Brad or now, Alpha Brad, and slave David were starting to get into position, then realized that Alpha Matt did not know what to do.  David’s wrists were already locked, but he called Alpha Jeff before his wrists were locked.  Alpha Jeff told Alpha Matt that he needed to put himself back into position on the trolley.  He told him to put his arms in position for the restraints to lock them down, then put his mouth over the gag.  The head restraints moved back into place.  He was completely locked down to the trolley.  Once Alpha Jeff started helping Alpha Matt, slave David finished putting himself into position.  Alpha Brad did the same.  By the time Alpha Matt was in position, their trollies were already gone from the room.  Alpha Matts trolley took off with Alpha Jeff’s trolley right behind.

When the trolley released David, he knew where he was.  Brad came out next and asked if this was the same place where they went the last time.  David confirmed it was.  Matt came out and asked where they were.  David explained that the trollies dropped them off in residential slave area.  Alpha Matt was nervous because he knew they should not be in that area.  Brad was openly curious to see more.  Jeff was also curious but also did not want to spend too much time in a place where they did not belong.  The next room was where the slave vending capsules would drop off a resident slave.

As they came out of the trolley room, another slave was coming out of the capsule room.  As he came out, he recognized David and asked how he was doing.  David said he was doing well.  Just got back from a meeting with his Master.  The other slave, Jake, said he was serving a guest.  The guest had him restrained overnight in a way that did not give him much opportunity to sleep.  The Master he was serving told him to go and get a few hours of rest so he would be refreshed for the evening.  He was on his way to the sleeping chamber.  Then, realizing that the others seemed to be waiting for David, he asked him who are his friends.  David said they had come from a meeting with his Master.  The trollies brought them here instead of to the station by the entrance to the resident slave quarters.  David then introduced slave Jake to Alpha Matt, Alpha Jeff, and slave Brad.  He then corrected himself and said that he was now Alpha Brad.  Jake greeted them and congratulated Alpha Brad.

Since they were heading in the same direction for now, they started walking.  When they got to the bedding chamber, Jake started saying goodbye to them.  Brad could see into the room and asked if this was where he would sleep.  Brad commented that he didn’t see any beds in there.  Jake said that he would be getting onto a sleep trolley.  That got Brad more curious, and he started asking more questions.  Jake said he was welcome to watch him get into it.  David and the others weren’t sure if that was a good idea, but the invitation was already out there.

David reminded them that generally only resident slaves get to see this area, so they should not talk about it outside of this area.  Jake then demonstrated how to get onto the trolley.  He took the waiter extractor and charging port and connected it to his belt.  Then he sat on the trolley and turned.  He told them that once he puts his legs into position, the restraints will automatically close, locking his legs down.  He said he needs to hold his arms up when he lays back so the chest restraint can go into place.  As he was saying that he laid back.  Then he suggested that David should explain the rest as he would not be able to talk once the mask was put into place.  David told them that the mask had a breathing tube.  It also covers the eyes so the person will not be able to see.  The mask is brought down manually so that everything lines up properly.  David explained how Jake signaled that the mask was in place, which caused the head restraints to activate.  Jake then put his arms down and the restraints closed around his wrists.  Once the wrists were secure, the trolley moved off and another came in its place.

Brad had lots of questions.  Where did he go?  How long will he be there?  Does David sleep like that?  Do all the resident slaves sleep like that.  David told him that there is a storage facility where they are kept.  He doesn’t know exactly where it is.  As for how long, the default is usually 8 hours, but in this case, it will depend on when the guest wants to retrieve him.  If the guest sets a time for when he should be back, then it will wake him and let him out with more than enough time for him to be ready for the guest to retrieve him.  For slaves that belong to a Master at The Resort, the Master can determine how long the slave will be in bed.  David said that when he is not serving a guest or a Master at the Resort, this is where he will usually sleep.  He said that it sometimes takes a while before new resident slaves can sleep that way.  Most sleep that way, but there are some beds available for those who can’t.  Before Brad could ask any more questions, David said they should get going.  There were two slaves in the recreation room and another in the gym, and some in the office area as they passed, but no one seemed to notice them.  When they exited the resident slave area, David said goodbye and headed back in.  Matt, Jeff, and Brad walked together back towards their building.  They went to Steve’s office to discuss what had just happened at the meeting with Master Ray.

After dismissing the slaves, Master Ray wanted to talk to Mater Steve.  First, he told him that Master Tony was approved to transfer to another position.  He said that Master Steve was in line to take the position if he wanted it.  Steve was concerned about possible resentment, so he said he thought two of the other Assistant HR directors would be in line before him.  Master Ray said that one of them was asked, but he is looking to transfer to another area.  He’s better off staying where he is until an opening is available in the area he wants to work.  The other has only been there a little longer than Steve but does not have the skills to handle the position.  With that settled, Steve said he was interested.  Master Ray said that he would have the choice to keep his current office or move into Master Tony’s office after he leaves.  Master Steve said he likes his current office.  Master Ray said that Master Tony will work with him over the next two weeks to try to make the transition as smooth as possible.  Master Steve thanked him for the promotion.

Second, Master Ray asked if he had considered becoming a resident of the Island.  He knew that Master Steve was a little over a month from being eligible.  Master Steve said he had not really given any thought about becoming a resident.  Master Ray asked if he, Alpha Jeff, or Alpha Brad had any regular obligations or relations with family or friends that would be easier to maintain off the island.  He said they do have some friends and family off the island.  He was not sure if those relationships would be more difficult to maintain if they lived on the island.  Master Ray suggested that he think about it and discuss it with Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad.

Master Ray asked if Master Steve had any questions.  Master Steve did not, so they said goodbye and Master Steve headed back to his office.

Matt, Jeff, and Brad thought that Steve would be there before them.  They figured Master Ray might have more to discuss with him after they were dismissed.  They started discussing their new assignments.  It sounded like the main difference between the current program and handling the resident slaves is that the resident slaves would have different rules.  Their rules would not be too different than the current variations of rules that apply to different slaves in the current program.  The challenge would be with the non-resident slaves.  They were just starting to discuss that topic when Steve walked in.

Jeff started to update Steve on their discussion so far.  Steve stopped him.  With a very serious look on his face, he said that Jeff may not be reporting directly to him for much longer because he is no longer an Assistant HR Director.  The look of shock on their faces was worth the prank of saying it that way.  Not surprisingly, Brad was the first to ask what happened.  The serious look on his face broke into a smile as he told them he was promoted to HR Director.  They congratulated him on the promotion.  They started asking questions about the transition.  He said he didn’t have all the answers yet, just that Tony would be working with him for two weeks before moving to another position.

Then they discussed the situation with the non-resident slaves.  After some discussion, they thought the best way to proceed was to organize a focus group.  They would check the statistics to see how many non-resident slaves there were at the Resort and how many of them were already participating in the program.  Then they would try to get a group that included participants and non-participants.  Matt started looking up that information while they were discussing it.  He said that less than two percent of the non-resident slaves were participating in the program.  The logistics might be difficult because many non-resident slaves have such varying schedules.

Steve was rather busy the next two weeks working with Tony to transition into his new role.  He did authorize Matt’s assistant Mark to review the records on non-resident slaves.  He was able to come up with a list of non-resident slaves who were usually at The Resort on Mondays.  Only three of them were in the program.  David had crossed paths with some of the non-resident slaves on the list and made some recommendations on ones he thought might be good for the focus group.  Jeff sent a message with an invitation to join the focus group to the three who were participating in the program and to six who were not.  He got seven positive responses, two participants and five non-participants.  That exceeded his goal of having six in the focus group.

They learned that many of the non-resident slaves consider themselves different from other slaves at The Resort.  They don’t have a fixed schedule like most other employees.  Some only come in once or twice a week, others only a few times a month.  Since they do not consider themselves regular employees, most do not follow the employee newsletter.  They also learned that many of the non-resident slaves have outside jobs, and a pretty good life outside of The Resort.  They consider being a non-resident slave as more of a paid hobby than a job.

Based on the information they got from the focus group, they came up with a few ideas.  First, there was a need to do outreach targeted towards the non-resident slaves.  Second, they speculated that they would get better participation from those who came to The Resort more frequently.  To phase in the program so they don’t get overwhelmed if there is a significant response, they would first reach out to those who averaged at least five days at The Resort over the past three months.  Then they would expand to those who averaged at least four days, then three days, then two days, then those who were there less frequently than two days per week.  They also decided to wait until the new people reporting to Jeff were trained and able to keep the workload manageable.

Over the next two weeks, Jeff and Brad interviewed seven candidates for the position.  They recommended slave Zack and Slave Cheng.  Steve reviewed the recommendations and approved their transfers.  Their previous positions had enough coverage, so they were able to transfer effective Monday.

Steve had several conversations with Jeff and Brad about becoming residents of the island.  Brad did not have close relatives and only a few friends off the island.  There were a few places he sometimes liked to go on his days off.  Steve and Jeff each had a few family members and some friends.  However, if they wanted to get together, they could either go to their place or meet someplace public like a bar or restaurant.  They did not think that family or friends would be a problem.

Brad was concerned that he would have to live in the resident slave quarters.  Steve said that his understanding is that they would live with him.  He wasn’t clear about the living accommodations, so he asked Master Ray if he could arrange for them to see where they would live if they became residents.  He told Master Ray that they had a few questions about the living situation, especially for Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad.

Master Ray arranged for them to have a tour of where they would live if they decided to become residents.  They were expecting it might be a little better than the temporary quarters for a Master who stays overnight.  This was more like a regular high-end apartment.  It was currently unfurnished.  They got a discount on furniture that was available through the supply division of The Resort.  Master Ray said that he would be allotted a furniture allowance that would at least cover most of the basics.  They could also arrange to bring any of their own furniture.  He then proceeded to show them around.

The entrance brought them into the living room.  There was plenty of space for a couple of couches and chairs, an entertainment center, a coffee table, perhaps some end tables and lamps.  There were a lot of possibilities there.  Master Ray said that the Alphas could use the regular entrance, but there was also a door where a resident slave trolley could enter.  The living room had a wide opening to the dining room.  Behind that was a kitchen.  It was slightly larger than the one they had at their house.  The appliances looked new.  The refrigerator had an ice/water dispenser.  The stove had a large oven below and a microwave above.  There was also a toaster oven, which was great for individual meals.  There was a double sink next to the dishwasher.  It looks like there were plenty of cabinets and drawers.  Master Ray said that as a resident, they would have access to the cafeteria for all meals.  They could also order groceries through the cafeteria if they wanted to make their own meals or get to-go meals to bring home and heat up later.  There was no charge for anything they got through the cafeteria, except a few premium or special-order items.  They would also have limited access to have some of their meals at guest restaurants at a discounted price.

Master Ray showed them the master bedroom next.  Master Ray said it was about the same size as the master bedroom they were in at the hotel.  He added that it could also be furnished the same way.  The master bathroom was a little smaller than the one at the hotel.  It has a walk-in shower that could fit three.  There was a toilet and a waste evacuation station and two sinks.  The master bedroom also featured a walk-in closet and access to the balcony, which extended to the second bedroom.  Next, he showed him the second bedroom.  It was smaller than the master bedroom but still a good size.  It was adjacent to the guest bathroom, which contained a standard tub and shower, toilet, waste evacuation station, and sink.  There was another room that could be used as an office.  It had built-in shelves on the walls.  It would be a good place to put a desk where he could handle some of his work without going to the office.

Master Ray said that there is also a community area and a laundry room for the building.  Use of the laundry room is included, or they can pay for laundry service.  They would also have access to the recreational areas of the island that are reserved for staff.

Master Ray then went on to say that several of the resident Masters have slaves, like Master Steve does.  And some will sometimes arrange to use slaves of The Resort.  The dynamics of these relationships vary.  In some cases, they have their slaves living with them.  In some cases, they have their slaves stay either at the resident slave quarters or other slave accommodations.  And there are some Masters who have their slaves with them some nights, but not all the time.  Master Ray said that what he knows of their relationship, he believes they would prefer to stay together.  Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad will still have access to the resident slave quarters and other slave accommodations.  Whether they live there or not, there may be some facilities there that they may want to use.  It will be up to Master Steve to decide if they will stay with him or somewhere else.

Master Steve then asked about the policies for going off the island.  Master Ray said that there were no restrictions for going off the island outside of working hours.  This would also apply to Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad.  If any of you want to meet friends at a bar or spend a weekend or vacation time somewhere else, you can take the ferry any time.  Master Steve asked if there would be any restrictions on what Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad could do outside of work hours.  Master Ray said that there are a few areas that are for masters only.  There are also a few areas that are for slaves only.  He said that he believes they are already aware of those areas.  The only other restriction would be in public guest areas.  They would have to keep up appearances in front of guests.

Master Steve felt like all his questions had been answered.  He asked Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad if they had any questions.  They said they would like to know more about the slave only areas.  Master Ray said they should already be familiar with most of them, except the ones in the resident slave areas.  He said that slave David could give them a tour if they would like.  They said they would.  They did not have any more questions at this time.

When the tour of the apartment was over, David took Jeff and Brad on a tour of the resident slave facility.  They had already seen parts of it.  There were recreational facilities, a gym, a locker area where the slaves could store personal items.  Jeff and Matt assumed that the resident slaves did not have any personal items.  Besides the small and medium sized lockers that they have seen in other parts of The Resort, the slave area also had large lockers where the resident slaves could store more or larger items.  After thinking that David did not have any clothes, they found that he had several suitcases filled with clothes.  About once a year he takes a week off to go visit family.  Some of the resident slaves will put on regular clothes, then go to a private area where they can video conference with family or friends off the island.  They do have a sparce, slave-lifestyle on the island, but they are still able to connect to the outside world in what the outside world would consider normal.  They also had access to the various modes of slave transportation.  They were already familiar with the trollies for transporting resident slaves to a resident Master.  They also had access to the slave vending machine capsules, and the trollies for transporting slaves through the uniform process.  By the end of the tour, they were both convinced that they would enjoy living on the island.

That evening Steve, Jeff, and Brad decided to start planning to move to the island.  They had a lot to decide.  Do they want to sell or rent the house.  What furniture and other items do they want to keep or sell or discard.  Do they want to keep one or both cars or just Uber or rent a car if they needed one.  There was no rush.  They could wait until they moved to the island to make some of these decisions.

With Zach and Cheng on their team, it initially took some of their time to get them trained.  But as their training proceeded, they were able to start helping.  They were given access to control the belts of the participants, except their own.  They were able to assist with starting new participants, handling requested releases.  Eventually they would learn all aspects of the program and even become certified trainers on the belt functionality.

Once Zack and Cheng got to a point where they were able to take some of the burden off Jeff and Brad, they started implementing the outreach to the non-resident slaves.  The response to the initial group was better than they expected.  They ended up with a waiting list that would take weeks to get through.  They were glad that Master Ray agreed to postpone their involvement in handling the resident slaves until they had time to catch up.  The non-resident slaves who came to the island for five or more days liked being controlled.  In most cases they usually got enough opportunity with Masters who wanted to see them cum that most did not request release through the program, except perhaps for family visits, doctor appointments, dates, and similar off island times when the belt might be inconvenient.

There were a lot of non-resident slaves who said that they might like the opportunity to cum periodically if they did not get that opportunity while serving guests.  The team, which now included Zach and Cheng along with Steve, Matt, Jeff, Brad, and David, unanimously agreed that would be a good option and would also be necessary with the resident slaves.  So, new options were created for slaves who were flagged as serving guests.  One was to allow orgasm after a certain amount of time, which was based on the last time they got to cum whether while serving a guest or through the program.  Another, which was the most common option with this group was that the orgasm would be controlled by the belt rather than being released from the belt.  This latter option was also made available and used by others in the program.

Shortly after Steve celebrated one year working at The Resort, he, Matt, and Jeff started moving to the island.  Brad had some items in a storage facility.  They decided to rent a larger storage unit.  They moved Brad’s stuff from the smaller unit and added some of their own into storage.  They brought some furniture, decorations, most of the kitchen supplies, and other things to the island.  And there was a lot that they either sold or discarded.  Initially they kept both cars, but after a few months they sold one of the cars.

In their apartment on the island, they set the kitchen and dining room with stuff they brought from the house.  The smaller bedroom was also set up with a bed and furniture that they brought from the house.  The master bedroom was mostly set up with furniture that they got from the supply division at The Resort.  They got the king-sized bed with three cages underneath.  Usually when they had to work the next day, Steve would sleep on the bed with Jeff and Brad in the cages.  The cages were linked to their work schedules, so they would automatically unlock an hour before they were scheduled to start work.  Usually on weekends, they would share the bed together.  For the living room, they brought their entertainment center and some furniture.  They did get a few items from the supply division including a set of chairs that were comfortable to sit on but also had bondage features.  Steve could stretch out on the couch to watch a movie while Jeff and Brad were secured to the chair.  It made for some fun evening entertainment.  Their new home became more comfortable than their house was.

After a few weeks, they also got a bed that was like the trollies where most of the resident slaves would sleep.  At first Jeff used it to keep Jeff or Brad for short periods of time, usually while pleasuring them through their belts or sometimes torturing them.  After some time, he would have them each spend one night a week in it.  Jeff took to it easily.  Brad took a little longer to adapt.

For a while it seemed like every time that they got three slaves set up for the program, there were five more added to the waiting list.  Alpha Matt and slave David were temporarily assigned to work with Jeff to handle the large intake.  By the third week they were authorized to hire someone else in the group.  Their third choice of the people they interviewed was still available, so slave Carlos joined their group.  Finally, the waiting list started going down.  Alpha Matt and slave David were able to return to their usual duties.

The team was working hard with all of them putting in some extra time to keep up with the workload.  When they finally got caught up, Jeff arranged to get them a little bit of rest and relaxation by scheduling some group meetings in some of the recreational areas.  They got to meet in a relaxing environment and enjoy some relaxation time during the remainder of the scheduled meeting.  They did this for two meetings per week for two weeks, which really helped get the team refreshed.

Next, they took on handling the resident slaves.  The program here was a little different than the others.  Some of the slaves had Masters, such as slave David with Master Ray.  Other slaves did not.  Guidelines were stricter for handling resident slaves than for any of the other groups of slaves.  They already had rules in place for when they might be allowed out of the belt to go off the island.  They were not allowed out of their belts when not serving guests who wanted their belt off.  So, the only control delegated to Jeff’s group was to determine when they were allowed to orgasm.  The Master who oversaw the resident slave program would have final say to set the parameters of the slaves who did not have a Master.  He could delegate that authority to his immediate reports for the slaves that reported through them.  In most cases the slaves were allowed some level of choice for how often they were allowed to orgasm.  It would always be through control of the belt as they would not be permitted to remove them.  There would be parameters set as to whether they would get pleasurable settings only or a mix of pleasure and punishment.  As for the slaves who had a Master, the Master would determine if he wanted to delegate control to Jeff’s group.  The Master would also determine the parameters or the extent to which their slave could choose parameters.

Adding the resident slaves to the program was less effort than anticipated.  While that was happening, they started their outreach to non-resident slaves who came to The Resort at least four days per week that were not already contacted about the program.  They were expecting that would be a large effort.  This time they were better prepared.  Instead of reaching out to the whole group at once, they split the group and reached out to smaller segments at a time.  This worked out very well and kept the workload manageable.  The percentage of non-resident slaves in this group that participated in the program was only slightly lower.  When they got to the non-resident slaves that were at the resort at least three days a week, the percentage who participated in the program from this group was still high but noticeably lower than the previous groups.  That trend continued and there were very few participants from the group of non-resident slaves who came to The Resort less than two days per week.

Before their certification as slaves of The Resort would expire from lack of use, Steve booked another stay at the hotel to use them as guest slaves.  Being a resident of the Island, it was more like a staycation than a vacation.  There wasn’t much that they could do as guests that they could not do as residents.  Steve had a talk with Jeff and Brad to see if they wanted to maintain their certification as guest slaves.  They had only experienced being a guest slave with Steve.  They decided that they would like to try being a guest slave with other guests.  Steve thought it would be good for them to try.

They both updated the parts of their profiles that were used to match them with guests.  The first time they made themselves available for a four-hour period.  They figured that even if they did not like it, they should still be able to handle four hours.  It went well.  A couple of weeks later they did it again, this time for 6 hours.  They decided that they would make themselves available as guest slaves about one weekend per month.  When time permitted with their regular job there, they also spend one or two weekdays as guest slaves.

About 10 months after they moved to the island, Steve’s parents got sick.  They were both getting better and past the point of being contagious, but they needed help.  Steve requested a two-week vacation to be with them.  He would have liked to bring Jeff and Brad with him, but his parents didn’t have room for all three of them to stay there.  It was decided that Jeff and Brad would stay home.  Steve suggested that they try staying at the resident slave quarters while he was gone.  That way they would be around others.  Steve also gave Alpha Matt temporary access to control their belts.  He told him, in a friendly way, to make sure they behave and have some fun with them if he wants.

While Steve was away, they spent a lot of off-work hours in the resident slave area.  They already knew many of the resident slaves.  They had some practice sleeping in the restraints used on the trollies where most of the resident slaves would sleep.  Jeff slept well there.  Brad was a bit anxious the first night, but by the third night he was sleeping well there too.  On the weekends they made themselves available as guest slaves.  They missed Steve, but it helped to keep themselves busy.

They were glad when Steve returned.  He missed them too.  After his return, on weekends when they would be working as guest slaves, they would stay at the resident slave quarters when not on duty with a guest.  They were already doing slave duty shifts at different times so that if they spent the night with a guest, someone would still be there with Steve so that he was not alone.

Shortly after Steve was a resident of the Island, Master Ray invited him to join him for lunch.  It was just the two of them for this lunch.  Master Ray informed Master Steve that one of the owners was looking to retire soon.  In preparation for that, he is also looking to sell his share in The Resort.  The other owners and I want to offer you the opportunity to purchase those shares.  Master Steve replied that he does not think he has enough savings to be able to purchase his share in The Resort.  Master Ray explained that he did not have to purchase it all at once.  He wants to sell it off slowly, perhaps over ten to fifteen years.  Master Ray told Master Steve that he has been working here for over two years and living on the island for over a year.  Master Ray said that based on their previous conversations, He know that Master Steve is expecting to stay here long term with Alpha Jeff and Alpha Brad.  They had further discussions about the financial details.  Master Steve said that he is interested but that he needs to think about it and wants to discuss it with Alpha Jeff and Alpha Matt.

Steve discussed the offer from Master Ray with Jeff and Brad.  All three of them were doing rather well financially.  Their expenses as residents of the island were much less than when they lived on the mainland.  They were able to put the maximum amount into retirement savings and still had a lot left over that they were able to put into savings and investments.  They figured that if Jeff and Brad put a little more into their common expenses, such as rent and food, then Steve could put enough of his salary towards purchasing the shares.  They felt that Steve had been generous to them in the past for what he asked them to contribute towards household expenses.  They felt it was a fair deal.  And as he acquired a greater share in The Resort, he would also start getting the income from that, which he could arrange to share with them.
