Its a basic ball crusher that can be purchased for about $15 at ExtremeRestraints or BoyzShop.

Funny… it was $33 on Amazon… They are not always cheap
Available CHEAPER at most good hardware stores. Crop a photo with just the metal, print it out & ask a clerk.
