A guy has contacted me asking where he might get a set of these hinged cuffs with an interesting looking key, pictured here:
He says a guy who showed this pair to him said they are “not for export” and are illegal to leave Germany. Does anyone know anything about these cuffs?

They’re German police cuffs, the key is the giveaway.
They’re also difficult to find, as each pair is linked to the badge number of the officer who orders them.
You could try cuffsland . de for a set.

Those are Clejuso Model 9 cuffs from Germany. Very hard to get but a pair is currently on eBay.
