Want to read about how a young, tough-as-nails soldier can be physically controlled by an older, more experienced man who uses nothing but hot talk and a bootlace?

Great story. And great site I’m going to have to explore further. Thanks much for sharing this, Metal.
The grizzled veteran reminds me of someone I know in real life, a business associate I sometimes travel with, a guy who helped train Jessie Ventura but who doesn’t willingly want to talk about what he did and what he learned. But just like the grizzled veteran in the story, when we’re stuck together somewhere and he starts remembering, I start to hear a few stories. I love to hear the stories, but at the same time, I’m glad I don’t have his memories to carry around. And while I also like challenges, I have no desire to be his Walsh character.
