My trainees are athletes who crave discipline and structure and take pride in saying “Yes, Sir” as they sweat and suffer. They accumulate demerits and have to pay them off in a very unpleasant Incentive Physical Training (IPT) session. Once accepted after meeting induction standards and passing a fitness test, trainees receive the following rules.

Uniform

Report on time for your first in–person training sessions dressed only in this

Workout Uniform:

• old school jock with two-inch band with your assigned ID number written in laundry marker.
• dog tags with the word TRAINEE and your ID number engraved.
• white crew-length socks.
• black sneakers.
• grey sweatpant-style drawstring shorts.
• plain grey crew T-shirt.

This is also the uniform for home and gym workouts between training sessions. Jock may not be washed without permission and must be worn 24/7.

Punishment Uniform for Punishment Workouts at Home or Gym:

• old school jock with two-inch band with your assigned ID number written in laundry marker along with the word “Punishment.”
• dog tags with the word TRAINEE and your ID number engraved.
• white crew length socks.
• black sneakers.
• grey sweatpant-style drawstring shorts.
• plain grey T-shirt to which the letter P has been written in laundry marker.

Punishment Uniform For In-Person Punishment Workouts:

• Naked. See Punishment Protocol below.

Work Dress Code:

• Will be specified after your first in-person training session and will include dog tags and jock.

Uniform regulations will be strictly enforced. Trainees are subject to random uniform checks and must send time-stamped verification pics within 5 minutes when texted during waking hours. Violations will be punished.

Grooming

Trainees must be clean shaven at all times. Head hair must be closely cropped, per USMC regulations.

Credo

Memorise and recite on command the credo of the Jock Platoon:

• “Maximum effort. No excuses. Laziness Gets Punished.”

Speech

Unless using a code word, being otherwise ordered or being directed to answer a specific question, your speech is restricted to:

• “Sir, Yes, Sir.”
• “Sir, No, Sir.”
• “Sir, no excuse, Sir.”
• “Sir, permission to ask a question, Sir.”

Code words of yellow (slow down) and red (stop) may be used at any time.

Punishment

Punishment is a training tool that corrects disobedience and ensures trainees obey rules. You may expect to be punished for protocol violations, uniform violations, grooming violations, missed workouts, poor workout performance, losing a game or competition, failure to submit required reports, disrespect, disobedience, indiscipline, laziness, lack of attention to detail, and failure to master required knowledge, among other things.

Trainees must never argue or make excuses in connection with punishment or correction. Violation of this rule is among the most serious possible disciplinary infractions and will be severely punished.

Demerits may be awarded, and you must record demerits in your Training Journal, which is subject to inspection at any time. Demerits must be worked off through Incentive Physical Training (IPT); and or non-physical Additional Training (AT); and Special  Punishment.

Incentive Physical Training (IPT)

is a punishment session scaled to your fitness level of the trainee that lasts some period of time and may include such exercises as burpees, 8-count bodybuilders, wall sits, and frozen push-ups. It may also include Punishment Tours, an exercise circuit that may include weighted carries, push-ups, overhead presses and mountain climbers.  Poor performance may result in the extension of the punishment session, which will be unpleasant and painful but not so severe as to risk injury or prevent previously scheduled regular physical training.

Additional Training (AT)

is a punishment session that involves non-physical training, such as handwriting many times the violated regulations and submitting a screenshot, or reciting the regulation many times while standing at attention in the punishment uniform and submitting an audio file.

Special Punishments may include:

• Being called “fag” or “faggot” or ”shithead” or “pussy.”
• Standing at attention.
• Being placed in the Front Leaning Rest (“up” push-up position).
• Being placed in the Punishment Position (standing with feet spread wide apart, toes pointed at 45 degree angle, fingers interlaced behind head, elbows behind ears).
• Being placed in the Prisoner Position (kneeling, fingers interlaced behind head, nose pressed against a brick wall, elbows behind ears).
• Other old style prisoner control methods).
• Self-administered corporal punishment.
• Uuse of nipple clamps.
• Dietary restriction.
• Toilet training: Trainee loses unrestricted bathroom privileges for a 24-hour period. Permission to piss must be pre-authorized and earned through 50 burpees. Pissing is done kneeling with hands behind back in 3 second bursts, followed by 10-second pause.
• Such other punishments as may be ordered (medical clearance may be required).

Punishment Protocol For In-Person Training

• At the command of “Punishment Protocol” come to attention and reply “Sir, Yes Sir. Sir, no excuse, Sir. Sir, thank you for punishing this trainee, Sir.”
• Strip naked and crawl to coach. Come to attention again and say: “Sir, trainee reporting for punishment as ordered, Sir.”
• Your punishment will then be specified. Erections are prohibited at this stage. An erection is itself a disciplinary offence that may result in additional punishment.
• If strokes or lashes are awarded, assume the required position and count as follows: “One, Sir; two, Sir; three, Sir,” etc.
• At the conclusion of punishment, come back to attention and say: “Sir, thank you for punishing this trainee, Sir.”
• If you took your punishment like a man, you may be permitted to jack off and lick the cum up from Coach’s sneaker. If you acted like a little bitch, you will be denounced as a pussy, the punishment will be repeated, and you will be locked in chastity for a week. During this week, you will be prohibited from wearing your jock and dogtags. You have the chance to earn them back at your next training session. Or the cycle can repeat. It’s up to you, jock.
