Loved Das Experiment; they did make an American version of it “The Experiment”, but it was god-awful (in particular, having the ugly block of wood actor Adrian Brody as the main character and Forrest Whittaker in full-on hammy actor mode as the villain).
Fangoria did a great article hyping Das Experiment and it had extra pics of scenes that ended up not in the final cut of the film. In particular, one of the inmates being hooded by the guards.
