I never worked out how to get that Noke lock to work from afar???
Well Nick the way I have used in the past, is that the control guy acquires the lock and sets it up on his own mobile device using the Noke app, then ships the lock itself to the prisoner, who then is able to access the lock on his own device, but controlled by the control guy. The control guy can grant or deny access via the app. And he can also create an emergency release sequence.
