Suit Test – Part 2

By Rubrpig

The pattern of their lives formed. Most weekends were spent sealed away inside their lunar suits. Frank had gotten used to the breath control play that Charles indulged in when they were suited. It was easy to control and monitor in the suits and the added factor of the heat buildup in the suit when the life support system was turned off added to the intensity of the scene for both men.

Professionally, they were successful and had become the project leads for the company’s bid for the new shuttle space suit. Among the specifications for the suits from NASA was that the suits were not to be custom fitted to a specific astronaut but were to be designed so that a suit could be adjusted through interchangeable sections to fit any of the astronauts.

Between them and all of their experience in wearing their suits, they came up with a design for the new suits. The design called for a upper torso section that was made of Kevlar reinforced fibre glass to form a hard shell. This would be the basis for the outer section of the suit and the hard shell would also allow for the mounting of the back pack life support unit. The lower section would be the lower torso, legs and boots and the two pieces would seal together at the waist of the suit. The arms of the suit would attach to seals on the upper torso but were designed to be made in various lengths so they could be changed as required to fit various astronauts. The legs were also adjustable for length.

Charles, Frank and their team refined the design concepts and specifications to the point they were ready to present their designs to the executives of the company for their approval prior to submitting them to NASA as their formal design bid. The meeting went well and the executives gave approval for 2 prototype suits to be manufactured for trials.   They left the meeting with their team and they gave the orders for the manufacture to begin. They decided that they would be the test subjects given their experience with the lunar suits during the Apollo program. The team nodded their approval as they had all worked with Charles and Frank on that program and knew they were experience in the suits and their wear and function.

Overseeing the team and the construction of the prototypes, the two men enjoyed the process of designing and constructing a new type of space suit. Given their fixation and fetish for the suits, they were constantly aroused sexually as the suits took shape. After a several month process, the two prototype suits were ready for trials.

Charles and Frank scheduled the trials to begin on the following Monday so they had the weekend to prepare. Charles had decided that both men would spend the weekend sealed into their lunar suits. The suits were now almost 10 years old and were showing some wear and tear on the outer shell of the suit but they were still pressure tight. They had slowed down their use of the suits in order to prolong the life of the suits. They were only wearing the suits for one weekend every two months so it was a special thrill for them to wear the suits for two weekends in a row as they had spent the previous weekend in their suits. As usual, Frank had spent the weekend either in bondage or experiencing breath control through the control of the suits life support system by Charles. Both men still experienced such strong sexual arousal once their suits were on and sealed that when it came time to remove them they struggled against the urge to stay in the suits.

After finally removing their lunar suits and cleaning and storing them, they managed to get a good night’s rest. Arriving at work they were excited as in a few hours they were going to be wearing the first prototypes for the new suits.

They went into the suit lab clean room after having showers and donning coveralls. Once in the clean room, they removed the coveralls and put on their external catheters and diapers. This part of the suit did not change from the Lunar suits as there still had to be a way for the wearer of the suit to deal with bodily functions. Once this was done, the suit technicians put on the biomedical sensors so that their vital functions could be monitored while in the suits. These connected to a connector bar at the waist of the cooling suit and this heavy connector connected to the outer suit and also connected the cooling system to the suit’s life support.

They pulled on their cooling suits and the techs connected everything to the main connector. They then pulled on socks. The heavy connector hung down in front on their cocks and swung against their cocks as they moved. They walked over to stools and sat down on them as the techs brought over the lower section of the suit. They pushed their legs into the suit’s legs and worked their feet into the boots on the suit. Standing up, they pulled up the lower section and held it up as they walked over to the frames where the upper section of the suits were mounted. They knelt down and moved backwards so that they were under their upper suits. Putting their arms straight up the slowly stood up forcing their arms into the arms of the suits and the suit arms moved upwards as their arms slowly slide into them. They worked their body into the hard torso of the upper suit and then pushed their heads slowly through the helmet ring. Standing there they were almost suited. The techs began by connecting the heavy cooling and medical connector into the matching connected in the upper torso.

They then pulled up the lower section of the suit and worked the seals closed connecting the upper and lower sections of the suit and sealing them closed. The techs had difficulty in getting the two suits to seal properly as the connectors were an entirely new design and there had been problems with the manufacture of them. The techs finally managed to get both waist seals to connect and seal. They then picked up the heavy gloves. These were the only parts of the suits that were custom made for the wearer so they fit properly. The heavy gloves slide onto their hands and the wrist seals finally sealed properly. The techs then put on their communication caps and connected them to the suits comm. systems. They then lowered the large heavy helmets on to the suits and worked them into the seals. The helmets had the built in shields like the lunar helmets but there were also work lights mounted on the helmet that would provide the astronaut with focused light for work on the shuttle and its payloads. The suits were then pressure tested and once the suits showed they were properly sealed, the two of them sat down in recliners as they breathed in pure oxygen for several hours so that the suits internal pressure could be safely lowered to the working pressure. If they did not breath in oxygen and flush the nitrogen out of their systems they would end up with a form of the bends.

Finally, they were ready and they were disconnected from the fixed charging stations and the backpack life support systems turned on and they were now fully mobile. They walked out of the suit lab and down the hallway to the test area where the company executives were now assembled to see the new suits in action. The techs led them there as they easily walked in the heavy suits. They were so used to wearing their lunar suits, they were easily able to handle the weight of the new suits. The life support units were much more efficient and were able to provide support for up to 12 hours from the lunar suits 6 hours. They walked into the test room and the executives crowded around them to examine the suits up close. The mics in the room feed the executives questions into the comm. systems for the suits so they were able to answer the questions posed to them. The suit trial began and were designed to test the range of motion for the suits and how effectively the person wearing them could work in them as the suits had to be used even for repairs so handling and manipulating tools had to be considered in their design.

Several hours passed and the suits passed all the trial tests and the executives agreed that the design was excellent and that the bid proposal would go forward to NASA. They left the trial room leaving Charles and Frank standing there fully suited along with their design team. They all congratulated each other and they took turns shaking Charles and Frank’s hands.

It was time to get out of the suits so Charles and Frank left the test area and walked back to the suit lab entering the clean room. They had to move through a special chamber where they brushed the soles of their boots on a vacuum grill and any dust collected on the suit was suctioned off by a powerful downdraft. Everyone entering the suit lab had to pass through this chamber.

They walked into the main suit labs and the techs surrounded them to begin the process of removing the suits. They first attempted to remove the helmets from both men but they found that even though the helmet lock mechanism opened the seals would not break apart so the helmet could be removed. They then tried the wrist seals and found the same problem. They then tried the main waist seals and found those were seized as well. Charles and Frank stood there as their techs feverishly worked to open the seals on their suits. The techs called the engineers in from the design team and they examined the seals on both suits and determined that the machining did not match the specifications. The one part of the seal was a millimeter to big. This allowed the seal to be forced closed but when it was it froze in place. The engineers looked at Charles and Frank and confessed that the machining of the seals was substandard and for now they were stuck in the suits. They were certain that they could design a slim tool that would be able to slide into the seal and work the two parts apart allowing the suit to be opened.

Charles and Frank nodded and told them to proceed with the tool. Meanwhile the techs had them sit down in the recliners. The backpacks had about 10 hours left before they had to be recharged. The suits internal water supply was still almost full so the only thing that lacked was a way to feed the men in the suits. Charles and Frank nodded and told the techs that it was going to be ok. They would remain in the suit lab and relax.

Both men sat back in their chairs and relaxed. Being held captive in a brand new design of space suit was something out of one of their fantasies. They turned their heads and smiled at each other. Charles relaxed and raised his right hand and with his gloved hand lowered the gold visor on his helmet. He relaxed and soon was asleep. Frank meanwhile was excited and had a hard time sitting still in his heavy suit. He was so used to being in bondage in a space suit but this was exciting as his Sir was also now in bondage as well. This added to his excitement. He reached down to the crotch of his suit and tried to feel his hard cock through the heavy suit but all he could feel is the pressure of his gloved hand pressing on the suit. But he was so aroused, he groaned as he felt his cock spasm and pump a load into the urine collection system of the suit. He leaned back and tried to relax but he couldn’t.

Near the end of the back packs, the techs returned and connected the suit to the charging station and they were now on the main supply for their suits while their backpacks were turned off and set to charge the power cells and the oxygen supply was bled off and recharged. They leaned back and relaxed. Charles kept his visor down so Frank could not see what he was thinking or feeling but he knew that Charles was most likely sexually aroused and most likely deep into a fantasy in his mind.

They spent a restless night in the suits and finally about 10am the next morning, the engineers returned with the techs for the suits. They had made the tool needed to open the seals on the suits and they first tried it on the glove seals and they broke open so the techs removed their gloves. Then the helmets were finally unlocked and removed. Breathing in the cool air-conditioned fest air, they looked over at each other and smiled.  The main waist seals were finally opened and they were moved slowly over to the mounting racks and the upper torso section were latched to the frames and they slowly knelt and worked their way out of the upper torso sections of the suits. They crawled away from the frames and stood up and walked over to the stools and worked the lower section of the suits off. After a while even the cooling suit and the bio-medical sensors were off and they both stood and stretched. They went to the bathroom and removed their diapers and catheters disposing of them as they had both used them. They went into the shower and showered quickly together and Charles enjoyed Frank scrubbing his body. They got out of the shower and dried off and wrapped heavy white towels around their waists as they unlocked the door and walked back out to the suit lab. They picked up their white coveralls and pulled them on. The techs in the room watched as the two heavily muscled men got dressed. They were surprised by the musculature of the two men as they were well known engineers. In their experience engineers were usually overweight balding men who drank and smoked too much, but these men were in peak physical condition.

Charles and Frank left the lab and headed for the locker-room where they got dressed and then returned to their office and talked to their team. They discussed the manufacturing flaw in the suits and ordered the suits modified with seals that matched the design specifications. The team nodded and agreed and told Charles and Frank that they should take off and get some rest considering their ordeal over the last 24 hours. The men smiled and nodded, they turned and left the office.

After driving home, they entered their house and immediately grabbed each other and kissed long and hard, Charles probing Franks mouth with his tongue. They headed for their bedroom stripping their clothes off as they went and jumped onto their bed and spent several hours fucking and relaxing.
