I think as celebration for the 60 day point, he should be forced into a heavy lockdown, maybe for an entire weekend?
Some type of restraints worn continually, maybe some type of uniform (I seem to remember pictures of him in rubber?).
Required to send pictures every 20 minutes all day from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm for verification that he is always locked (wouldn’t have much time to unlock if required to send pictures every 20 minutes). Or maybe every 15 minutes would be better. The pictures should somehow time-stamped to prove they were current pictures.
Mike’s idea is interesting. What a pain to have to send pictures every 15 minutes! That alone would be “torture!” You could add a day to his lock up for every minute he was late in sending the pictures.
What does his keyholder have hanging over his head (other than the return of the key)? I ask becasue I wonder what is motivating him to follow instructions.
