Oh YEAAAAHHHHH to all of these! Suspension is a favorite of mine in all its variations. It usually involves a feeling of stretch – which I love – as limbs take the body’s weight in ways they aren’t accustomed to. And on top of that there’s such a feeling of helplessness that comes from being disconnected from the ground, even if it’s only by a short distance.
These variations are delicious: the standard(-ish) cross in #3 and its inverse in 1; the incredible single-leg version in 2; the one-word-can’t-possibly-describe-this-position of 6… they are all hot, hot hot!
