But with a short chain. Do you any of you guys happen to know where I might be able to find something like that? Or, if I bought a set like this, does someone know how to shorten the chain? I am basically looking for cuffs like this for ankles, but with wrist-length chain between.
A guy has contacted me asking where he might get a set of these hinged cuffs with an interesting looking key, pictured here:
He says a guy who showed this pair to him said they are “not for export” and are illegal to leave Germany. Does anyone know anything about these cuffs?

“There were a number of Academy chairs made, so far I have counted four. I have the metal chair in my possession. There is another stained wood chair in circulation, along with the white chair, which I am trying to track down. Although the white chair appears to be made of metal, most of it is wood. I got these photos from the StationHouse website.”
