The cart included a pair of snowboard boot bindings, which were very effective in restraining his wader boots. Then he gets washed down with water from a garden hose. Later, RubCop is locked in a pit under the deck, first with his head protruding topside, and then fully restrained in metal shackles inside the pit, which was covered by a heavy cast iron grate.
