Copdar – Finally a City Cop

By Cuffsandcops

As evidenced by the catalogue of stories I’ve written, my success rate with getting random police officers to handcuff me is pretty high. The one agency that has alluded me is my city’s police department. I have asked many officers over the years and have always been met with a No. I was told once that if a second officer had been present it could have happened, but that’s the closest I’ve come.

Just before Christmas I went to grab some last minute gifts for my family at the local university’s sports shop. The students had been away from campus for a couple of weeks and the normally busy street the store is on was very quiet. I hadn’t been to that area in a while, so I walked around to see what businesses had come and gone. On the one corner, the university now had an office for their public safety department. I peeked in the window and saw a gentleman sitting behind the desk so I entered. I asked the uniform shirt wearing man if it would be possible to experience being cuffed. He replied that he would gladly if he had some. He was not wearing a duty belt and said there were no pairs of cuffs in the office. I thanked him for his time and set off to the sports shop after a few minutes of casual conversation.

Copdar – Worth Being Late

By Cuffsandcops

Last week, I took a half day from work in order to get my teeth cleaned. My dentist’s office is located on the western edge of the city limits and several small police departments serve the surrounding area. Back more than a few years ago, I successfully got an officer from one of the PDs to cuff me and sit me in the back seat of his patrol vehicle, so every time I have an appointment on that side of town, I wonder if the opportunity will rise again.

I really wanted to get my truck washed before my appointment so I left my house early enough to account for that errand. The line at the car wash was way too long, so I decided to hook a U-turn and head towards the dentist on a road where I knew some officers liked to park while monitoring traffic. As I passed by a large parking lot next to a church, I noticed a marked SUV up against the tree line.

Copdar – Grocery Store Guards

By Cuffsandcops

The grocery store at the bottom of the hill has become a gold mine for getting cuffed. I know it sounds strange, but it’s true. Over the summer I began noticing a security guard was posted up near the self-checkouts. He is a big dude, 6-foot-5, probably 300 pounds of thickness. He wore most of his gear on his vest and had a weapon on his hip. I tend to shop later in the evening when there aren’t many other customers.

One night as I entered the store I saw the guard looking at the case of donuts and baked goods. I approached him and asked what kind of cuffs he was carrying. He pulled a pair of black chain cuffs from the front of his vest. They didn’t look like Peerless or Smith and Wesson but were along those lines. I asked if I could experience being cuffed. He looked at me funny.

Hook up apps with maps help to pin point parts of the city populated with hotels and out of town visitors. One of these areas is not too far from my house and I admit to sending more messages to profiles that show up there, compared to other local locations. I noticed a picture of a thick cock presumedly staying at a hotel on the map.

Clicking into the profile, it revealed a 40-year-old man, standing 6 feet tall, and weighing 275 pounds. He identified as muscular, bisexual, and vers/bottom. He indicated that he very much liked public play and exhibitionism in subcategories.

I am very fetish foward on this app, and in typical fashion, initated conversation by asking “ever been handcuffed?” Usually I phrase this question by asking generally if someone has expience with handcuffs, but given the information in the profile, I put a more submissive twist on it. To my surprise, he responded by saying he had, alot. When I asked for clarification, he revealed that he was a retired cop. I commented that I would love to see if he could still get his hands behind his back and maybe he could give me a few pointers on my cuffing technique.

Copdar – PD Open House

By Cuffsandcops

A suburban police department nearby hosted an Open House this morning. Included in the advertisement for the event were interactive games, vehicle displays, and police demonstrations. I have had some previous interactions with officers from this department. Last fall I got a young officer to cuff me, you can read that interaction in Recent Short Stories. I had a lengthy chat with a different officer about watches one day this past winter, but he was hesitant to cuff me when I asked. A few weeks ago when I spoke to yet another officer from this department, he suggested that an event like their Open House could provide me with a chance to experience being cuffed. With this knowledge and made a plan to stop by the Open House to see what might happen.

I arrived at the Open House, which was held at the police department headquarters with about 30 minutes left in the event. After parking my truck, I walked past the fire department vehicles and police explorers positioned at the entrance to the parking lot. I looked in a mobile command center trailer.

The Gym Rat MP

One of my most enjoyble summer activities has been going to the gym at different times of the day. It has been fun to observe and interact with new people. I noticed a guy who was present at the gym no matter what time in the day I decided to go quite often over the past month or so. He always wears a shirt with an American flag on its shoulder and some reference to the military. His face is always clean shaven. He has tattoos up and down his arms and legs. He is a little shorter and smaller than I am. Based on his appearance, I assume he is a soldier of some kind.

Today I was back to hitting the gym during the dinner rush which is my typical time. I noticed that the gentleman described above was also there. After a great session, I entered the locker room to collect my belongings. The suspected soldier was putting his stuff into a bag right next to the locker I had used. I gave him time to close his bag before moving to my locker. I swapped my sneakers, put my earbuds away, and grabbed my keys. I had parked on the opposite side of the gym compared to normal due to the high volume of cars on the entrance side. I walked out the door and noticed the suspected soldier standing on the corner of the building pulling on his vape.

Copdar – An Officer from the Suburbs

By Cuffsandcops

With an unexpected day off before winter holiday recess, I found myself looking for a few last minute gifts. There were a few stores I had remembered visiting before the pandemic in the northern suburbs. Since I get my haircut by a barber in that vicinity, I had knowledge of a town police department located a few blocks from barber shop and decided to pass by it on the way to the shops.

I pulled off the highway and passed through a few traffic lights before being stopped at a busy intersection. As I looked to the vehicles entering the intersection to my left, I noticed a blue SUV, that upon closer look, was an unmarked police vehicle. The spotlight on the driver’s side and the reflection off the gold badge were the clues that identified the vehicle as part of a law enforcement fleet. After the light turned green allowing me to proceed, I was about 4 vehicles behind the SUV and we were heading towards the police station near my barbershop. I figured the SUV would pull into the department and I would carry on to the shops.

Copdar – Ride Along with the Deputy

By Cuffsandcops

Continued from “Side Job Deputy”

The plan was for me to meet the deputy at the station he works out of at 0900. I woke up early to get ready and received a text message from him pushing our meet up back until 1000. The station is about a 15-minute drive from my house. I put on a blue polo shirt, gray pants, and my tactical boots to meet the dress code as described by the deputy. I grabbed two GShock watches, my water bottle, wallet, and just my house and truck keys. I didn’t want to have the cuff key that’s always on my key ring with me.

I texted the deputy that I was on my way to the station and left my house at 0945. I had driven past the station the previous week to know where it was, so I knew where I was going. I pulled into the parking lot behind the station where there were many marked units and other vehicles and found an empty spot. I texted the deputy there I had arrived, grabbed the items from my truck, and walked towards the station. I didn’t know if the deputy was inside or in a vehicle. All the doors required authorized entry, so I stopped on the sidewalk next to the building.
