My Rockview Mental Institution Stay – Part 1: Arrival and Intake

By Straitjacketkwf2

The events portrayed here actually happened, with a few embellishments on my part… Was it real, or was it all in my mind?

Due do bad weather on the east coast my flights were delayed and I would arrive in Ontario CA two and a half hours later than what was originally scheduled. I immediately contacted Rockview Mental Institution so that the car they were sending to pick me up would not be waiting for extra time. I sent a text message of my flight’s arrival while the plane was still on the taxiway and received a text back that two representatives from the facility would meet me at baggage claim. I had expected a driver holding a sign with my name on it, but instead I was met by an orderly dressed in white hospital scrubs. After confirming my identity, Mr. Bind (all hospital personal are addressed by their surname) stated that he had instructions to take me into custody on a 5150 psychiatric hold, a seventy-two hour period of observation at the Institution.

What? I had thought that I was visiting the Institute to observe at the facility, not be a patient, but being in public I did not want to make a scene and meekly allowed him to escort me outside to a waiting white transport van.

Jail cell time lock

SMB_YossieCell

San Francisco resident Yossie (yes, the same Yossie with the world-famous handcuff collection) has a jail cell in his home, complete with an electronic time lock. The welded solid steel box will hold the keys to the cell and shackles for a predetermined amount of time, and when that time is up the hinged door to the box will be unlocked and you will be able to access the keys.

This Urinal wants to be ‘Plumbed In’

Check him out:

RubbaUrinal

This guy wants me to call him Urinal. He has written a story called “Plumbed In” — posted to the LockedMen chastity device wearers site — about getting turned into a cock-locked, bound rubber urinal. If his story gets enough likes, he promises he will continue it, and do so while locked up. Fucking hot if you ask me.

This is also the guy behind the popular Sly Hands site

The Bare Minimum Cage

By POW

He awakens in darkness. He is lying on his stomach, his head cradled on one of his arms, which has gone tingly and numb. He tries to move it and quickly bumps into walls in every direction: up, down, left, right. He panics for a moment, wondering if he somehow has forgotten the beginning of whatever bondage scene he is currently in, because the last thing he remembers is not a bondage scene at all but an ordinary night at home.

He would have no way of knowing that he was locked into a solid-walled cage that, at its greatest extent, would encompass less than two cubic meters of space. And that the cage was currently configured to allow him only half that much room. All he knows is that he can’t move, can’t see, can’t budge the walls that enclose him from head to toe, and the panic begins to blossom inside his chest, making his heart race and the hairs on the back of his neck stand straight up in alarm …

Ah, but I’m getting ahead of myself …

Only one candidate so far for the Long Term Locking Metal Testing Facility

BenHur in stocks

Only one guy (pictured above) sent in a proper application for the Long Term Locking Metal Testing Facility (details in this previous posting, here).

“Ben Hur” writes:

You ask why You should take me as a volunteer?! Because since I am a boy I dream from being put in heavy chains, wearing heavy chains, eating in heavy chains, sleping in heavy chains, toiling in heavy chains: to become galleyslave in Rome or a plantation slave in the Antebellum South. Every episode in a film that shows heavy ancient shackles – be it BenHur, Fugitive From a Chain Gang, Roots, Les Miserables – turns me on, and the mostly just short passages showing the chaining I have seen so many times, that I can dream them. Medieval-style collars, fetters, manacles, ball-and-chain: I am born to have them locked to my limbs. In SM-camps as soon I get the chance, I wear real slave-chains. My favorite dress is the black-and-white striped chaingang-jumpsuit. I am now writing even a novel about a student who gets enslaved in the Arab world, and metal restraints of every kind of course play a central role in this story. So it would be very helpful to know by experience what it means to wear heavy chains for a longer period, in which respect which kind of irons limits your movement, to make my story to be as near to the truth as possible … (smile)”

OK Ben Hur, your email has been traced, and we know where you live. You are herby on notice that we will be coming to abduct you, when you least expect it, to take you away to serve a VERY LONG sentence in chains. Doing hard labor. There will be no escaping your fate. Get ready, buddy.

Product review: Combination Lock Collar

I’m “product testing” this Combination Lock Collar.

MetalbondNYC_collared_00 MetalbondNYC_collared_01

A bondage buddy helped me get this collar locked around my neck — in such a way that I genuinely do not know the combination, and therefore I cannot take it off. I have had it on for 8 days now. Collars hold special symbolism for many as part of a Master/slave dynamic, and that is fucking awesome if you ask me. But for me, my wearing of this collar does not mean that. I am simply wearing and testing the collar as a piece of bondage gear, nothing more.

My thoughts on this item are below.

Appearance and Feel

I think it looks nice, and it is certainly very shiny and it is well made. It’s stainless steel, and it holds up just fine in the shower. The metal is smooth and shiny. But I am not sure about the way this fits. I just don’t think this looks very nice on me. It comes in two sizes: small/medium, at 17 inches interior circumference, and medium/large, at 19 inches interior circumference. I am wearing the larger one. But I think it might be a little too big. At least it seems so, when I look at it in the mirror. In terms of the way this feels, it is great. I love tugging on it, and it sounds really cool as well.

Comfort

Collar_4As I mentioned, I have been wearing this for more than a week now. Sometimes I forget it is there. But, for the most part, it’s not the most comfortable collar to wear. In fact, if I did have the combination I would have taken the collar off way before now. It only weighs about a pound, but sometimes it feels like a ton. Sometimes I think I am getting a headache or a backache. Other times I think I am imagining things. During some of the exercises I do at the gym, when I am on my back, the collar puts a little too much pressure on my Adam’s apple. To make it more comfortable for hanging around at home, I have been pulling the hood of a hoodie through between my neck and collar, so that the collar wears outside the hoodie. That seems a bit more comfy at times. Sleeping while locked in the collar is no trouble at all.

Reaction from others

Nobody on the street can see it under all my winter clothes. I showed the collar to two different local friends, who are both into kink, and both said they think it is pretty cool. I have not shown this particular collar to any non-kink friends, but many of them have seen me in this chain and padlock collar. But this collar is a bit different. It definitely looks more conspicuous. I have been a bit self-conscious wearing at the gym and have kept it tucked in under my T-shirt as much as possible there. I have even been wearing a T-shirt and a towel around my neck on my way between locker and shower at the gym. Online chat buddies have had various reactions. When I got my hair cut this week, I had the collar tucked inside my T-shirt. This conceals it in the front, but in the back it sticks out. So at the end of the haircut when the barber is going to clean up the back of my neck, he said, “This is in my way.” His tone sounded a bit rude. “I can’t take it off,” I replied. Then, “What is it?” he asked. “A collar,” I replied. Then he proceeded to bang his electric clippers on the collar as he trimmed the back of my neck. I was not mad or embarrassed — this was the famous Astor Place in NYC, after all, where it’s more unusual for customers to not have metal body adornment of some sort. Anyway, if the barber (Ledo) had not been a dick about the whole matter, I would have gladly shown it to him and told him all about it and given him a Metalbond card and we could have even taken pictures. Maybe next time.

Security

It’s a four-digit combination lock. Normally, a lock like that would be hard to get out of, seeing that there are 10,000 possible combinations. But on closer inspection on the lock, I discovered that the digits run from 1 to 6, not 0 to 9, meaning that there are only a grand total of 1,296 combinations. So, it would be possible, I suppose, for me to run through all the combinations in an attempt to get the collar off that way. Start at 1111, tug on it. Then 1112, then try. Turn it to 1113, then 1114, then 1115, etc. I have not attempted to do this. I guess I have not gotten that desperate — at least not yet anyway. One guy I was chatting with online said it might be possible for me to “feel” my way out of the collar by manipulating the digits, but I have not tried doing that because that might be cheating. Again, I’m not that desperate — as of now.
