Looking for information on heavy-duty hinged handcuffs
A guy has contacted me asking where he might get a set of these hinged cuffs with an interesting looking key, pictured here:
He says a guy who showed this pair to him said they are “not for export” and are illegal to leave Germany. Does anyone know anything about these cuffs?
