Using a public toilet while locked in chastity

A Metalbond reader sent me this report recently:

The lock “clicked” against the cock cage’s plastic tube when I pulled my pants down and freed the cage from the jock that I was wearing. The rattle seemed loud enough to be heard throughout the bathroom. But was it loud enough to make the other guy pause and try to determine what the sound might be? Was it loud enough to make the guy wonder what I was doing as I sat in the stall?

The guy had been standing at the sink area when I came in and was taking his sweet time in front of the mirror. Had he really heard that clicking? I could just see him through the small opening between the stall’s door and the wall. But that meant he could see me too.
