Overnight Cage Training

By CREUSS

overnight in a cageWhen I was in the army, we did attend several Commando Courses along my career. I remember once we had one in a place I won’t quote, as there is no real interest in the place location. On week one, we had a lot of training and learning skill. At the beginning of the second week, we had to use what we have learnt the previous week. They wanted us to practice too after a period of stress, specially a “risk run” up and down the fort. For getting the stress they wanted us to get, we had to spend about three hours in a cage.

Let me describe the surroundings. The fort was by the seaside. We could have a nice view on the ocean, and parts of the walls were falling into the sea. On one end, there were moat and rocks that were filled with water at upper tide and almost empty and very damp and muddy at lower tide. This was the period they would love us to run or crawl in stinky mud. On the other side of the fort, it was the beginning of a wild sand beach. As it was a military property, no civilians were allowed miles around.

Training was rough and efficient, and most men enjoyed it a lot as it was really challenging you.

A Weekend Diving

By Rubrpig

Brad looked up at the clock and saw that it was after 5 and he was very glad that this long and hectic week was finished. He and his buddy Sean had plans to spend Saturday and Sunday scuba diving so he was really looking forward to it as it had been a while since he had been diving and had spent some time with Sean. Sean had been in the US Navy for several years now and was a naval ordnance disposal diver. So it looked like they would have a good time. They had been lovers before Sean joined the Navy and now they were just really good friends. Brad stood up, turned off his workstation and headed to the garage to get his SUV and head home.

The next morning, he got up and had breakfast. He had spent the previous evening going over his dive rig and making sure everything was working properly. He was planning on diving his twin tank rig and he had 6 spare tanks fully charged and ready. He finished breakfast, grabbed his overnight bag and headed out. Brad was planning on meeting up with Sean at the motel they had booked into as Sean was coming up directly from his base.

Mark remembers isolation tank bondage from TV series Hawaii Five-0

Isolation Tank Bondage from TV series Hawaii Five-0

By Mark of Serious Male Bondage

As a young guy, I loved to daydream about this kind of bondage and sensory depravation. I had seen a James Bond movie in which a prisoner was bound in an inescapable rubber suit and forced to drift underwater in a glass tank. Flexible hoses were used to supply air for breathing, feeding and bodily functions – but the prisoner could not see or hear, or touch anything that had form or shape.

The prisoner was kept under water so he would not receive any outside stimulation. This would eventually drive the prisoner insane, and he would divulge his secret information. This bizarre scene made quite an impression on me, and only fueled my list of erotic daydreams.

I communicated with the owner of the web site Hanks Dive Locker (no longer on line), who corrected me on my memory. He said the isolation tank scene was not from James Bond, but was from a special two-hour episode of the popular television series Hawaii Five-0. This special episode was titled “Cocoon” and featured an isolation tank which was used to extract information from unwilling captives, including the star of the series McGarret himself. During the first hour the tank was used on an unknown agent, and during the second hour it was used again, this time on McGarret!

Hawaii Five-O was produced by Paramount and aired on CBS from 1968 – 1980. If you do a Google search on “Hawaii Five-O” you will find a wealth of information on the series and places to purchase the DVD’s. If you do a search on “Hawaii Five-O, Cocoon” you will find information about this special 2 part Cocoon episode. It was a really cool episode and made a big impression on me, as you can probably tell.

A video clip and a few screen captures were sent to me by the guy from Hanks Dive Locker  – I guess the show made an impression on him as well! If you like the video clip, imagine how exciting the whole 2 hour episode would be like on DVD. Since there were many episodes produced during the show’s 12 year run, make sure you order the DVD set which includes the ‘Cocoon’ episode.

Regardless of whether it was James Bond or Hawaii-Five-0, at age 55 I’m finally able to create my own bizarre sensory depravation bondage experiences – although I don’t have any secret information to divulge and I do it for my own pleasure. And what a pleasure it is!

Houdini museum exhibit

This site is all about putting men in physical restraints that they cannot get out of.  But every year at Halloween, I like to pay tribute to someone who took delight in being able to defeat such restraints. That person is the great Harry Houdini, of course. He died on Halloween in 1926, at the age of 52.

Although he got locked up in handcuffs and strapped into straitjackets to ESCAPE from them, there was also an element of exhibitionism and homoeroticism in his performances. He sometimes even stripped — to his underwear or even naked — before he was locked up. And, he was also smokin’ hot.

This year, there is an exhibit at the Jewish Museum here in New York City, featuring vintage photographs and memorabilia from Houdini, including those pictured below:

And if you are not in New York City, take heart. After March 27, the exhibit will travel to Los Angeles and San Francisco — and then to Madison, Wisconsin, of all places!
